This Full tang pairing knife is hand forged from British made 80CrV2 high carbon steel, this knife is forged with a gradual medium taper to a thin tip for versatility, with a polished forge finish and a stout bevels to a thin edge with slight convexity.
 a sturdy edge geometry and tapered spine will be great for detail work and Slicing fruit and veg. The handle is hand filed and polished into an ergonomic western style handle which is made from prime British Black Walnut with brass pin fixings.
