This Vegetable Cleaver is hand forged from British made 1084 high carbon steel, with a thin geometry easily slice through food, the knife has a bright forged finish with a slight convex bevels to maximize edge durability and fineness, this vegetable cleaver is specifically designed for chopping of vegetable/fruit. The handle is made from prime British Burr Elm.
