140mm short chef knife

This light hand forged chef knife is made from the premium British Sheffcut cutlery steel. The knife has been hand forged with a medium tapered spine to a thin tip, the bevels have a slight convex geometry and has a satin belt finish.
The handle is made from British burr elm and has a chamfered rectangular shape.
This knife is designed to be used as an all rounder kitchen knife used for most tasks of slicing and chopping vegetables meat and fruit.
