This Vegetable Cleaver is hand forged from British made 1084 high carbon steel, with a medium thickness geometry easily slice through food, the knife has a forged textured finish and satin belt finish bevels, with a medium convex bevels to maximize edge durability and fineness, this vegetable cleaver is specifically designed for chopping of vegetable/fruit. The handle is filed and sanded into a ergonomic western handle made from prime British brown oak.
