16cm utility knife

This hand forged utility kitchen knife is made from the British 1084 high carbon steel. The knife has been hand forged with a stout spine and strong taper to the tip, the bevels have a medium convex geometry and has a satin belt finish.
The handle is made from British burr elm and has a larger chamfered rectangular shape.
This knife is designed to be used as an all rounder utility knife used for most tasks of chopping and slicing of vegetables meat and fruit.
