175mm chefs knife

This light hand forged chef knife is made from the premium British 1084 cutlery steel. The knife has been hand forged with a slight tapered spine, the bevels have a heavy right bevel convex geometry and has a satin belt finish.
The handle is made from British black walnut and has a chamfered rectangular shape.
This knife is designed to be used as an all rounder kitchen knife used for most tasks of slicing and chopping vegetables meat and fruit.
