20cm Chef knife

This Full tang chefs knife is hand forged from British made 1084 high carbon steel, this knife is forged with a gradual medium taper, with a hand sanded satin finish with gentle convexity to a fine edge.
 a gentle convex geometry and tapered spine will make this a great all rounder knife for chopping and slicing meat and vegetables. The handle is hand filed and polished into an ergonomic western style handle which is made from prime British Black walnut with brass pin fixings.
