95mm western pairing knife

This Full tang pairing knife is hand forged from British made 1084 high carbon steel, this knife is forged with a medium taper to a thin tip for versatility, with a clean satin belt grind finish, a medium convex bevel geometry.
 a sturdy edge geometry and tapered spine will be great for detail work and Slicing fruit and veg. The handle is hand filed and polished into an ergonomic western style handle which is made from Azobe hardwood with brass pin fixings.
Please note there is some forge pitting on the blade which can be seen, this is purely cosmetic and is priced accordingly.
